Ordering, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship either the same day, or the following business day. Orders placed after 12PM on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday. We ship from both California and New York, to help minimize transit time.
Most orders ship complete when all items are available, but we may occasionally fulfill some items from different locations, if it will help you to receive your order more quickly.
An automatic email with tracking information is generated when your order ships so you can track your delivery.
Standard delivery includes Home delivery service with UPS. Most orders are delivered on the West and East Coasts within 2-3 business days, and the central US within 4-5 business days at the latest (not counting the day the order is placed). Saturday deliveries are enabled for most addresses in the US.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there have been shipping and delivery delays across all carriers. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date. We have also temporarily removed the express shipping options from checkout, since UPS is not able to guarantee those service levels.
