    Sound muffling, and made from good-for-your-skin Mulberry silk, this mask is gently weighted to cocoon your face for deeper sleeps. A wrap-around soft velcro closure means a just right fit. No slipping or sliding off while you sleep.

  • Materials

    100% Mulberry silk, with cotton and poly lining. Lead-free glass beads. Each mask has either a crystal of amethyst or rose quartz securely sewn inside. The mask arrives enclosed in a silky soft polyester pouch with a snap closure for safe storage.

  • Care Instructions

    Fill your basin with warm water, then add a gentle detergent such as shampoo or Woolite. Gently stir the mask in the water, then let sit for a few minutes; silk releases dirt quickly. Drain the soapy mix and rinse with cool, running water.

    To dry, remove excess water by placing the mask on a cotton towel, then fold the towel gently to blot. Lay the mask flat to dry. Avoid wringing out silk or using the dryer.

    Love the weighted silk sleep mask

    This is the best sleep or relaxation mask I've ever purchased. The light weight and silky texture immediately puts me in a calm, relaxed state. I use it when I'm meditating and is great during the day as it shuts out all the light.

    Love this mask!

    The softness of the silk combined with the weight make this the ultimate meditation or sleep mask. Such great quality and even sitting up it stays in place and feels comfortable for my 40+ minute meditations - absolutely love!

    Amazing!

    I use this when I need a nap, which I have never been a napper until my 40's and perimenopause has messed up my sleep. When I slip on this mask and focus on mindfulness I feel stress relief and fall into a health power nap. The quality is really nice, the weight feels relieving on my eyes and sinuses and the black-out sooths me to sleep. I also appreciate the little storage bag.
