Returns and Refunds
Items ordered from balooliving.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call our toll free number during business hours to initiate a return.
Returned items will be refunded for the purchase price including taxes, minus the cost of return shipping, generally between $11 to $18 for a weighted blanket, depending on location. If a customer returns an item and prefers to pay the return shipping then the order will be refunded in full.
Orders shipped outside the US are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased from a retail store or retail website should be returned to the original merchant.
Any items received with damage or defect due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our Lifetime Warranty.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. However, we will accept your original item as a return for a refund to the original method of payment, or for a store credit, to be issued via email.
Returned blankets are not available for resale except for those that are categorized as "open box" items and offered at reduced prices. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about open box blankets. These are closely inspected and found to be in like-new condition, but not sellable as new because they have left our warehouse. Damaged returns are available for donation.
