Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your order! It may take several nights to adjust to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket, so we encourage you to take some time to try it out. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the option to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

A return shipping cost of $18 per blanket (less for non-weighted items) will be applied to returns for refund. However, this shipping fee is waived on exchanges and returns for store credit. (Please note, if returning from outside of the contiguous US; the return or exchange fee will be based on the actual shipping cost for your return.)
If you used a promo code on your original order and wish to exchange for something new, we'll happily honor the discount on your exchange -- along with a small bonus! The same terms and eligibility will apply as they did on your original discount. Please note, strikethrough pricing will not carry over, as those markdowns are applied to specific products only. Additionally, one-time-use promo codes are not able to be reapplied due to the fact that they have already been used; if you wish to make an exchange and used a one-time-use code, please mention this in your email to care@balooliving.com.
Items received as an exchange are final sale. Any shipping charges incurred on the original order are nonrefundable.
When you submit your return or exchange, you will receive a return shipping label via email. We request that you ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label; after 28 days the return will be eligible for store credit only. Please do not use "return to sender," as the package will not go to the correct address.
Once received, returns are inspected and processed within 1–5 business days. Upon approval, we will issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, as requested. Returns will not be approved for items that are not received, or for items received with significant stains or damages. This helps ensure a safe and respectful process for our team and our donation partners.
Orders shipped internationally from the US are not returnable.
