Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your order! It may take several nights to adjust to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket, so we encourage you to take some time to try it out. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the option to return or exchange within 30 days.

We are pleased to offer free return shipping within the contiguous U.S. when you exchange for something new or request a gift card. (See "Exchanges" below for more details.)
If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, then a return shipping cost of $18 per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount (less for non-weighted items).
When you submit your return or exchange, you will receive a return shipping label via email. We request that you ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label; after 28 days the return will be eligible for store credit only. Please do not use "return to sender," as the package will not go to the correct address.
Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 1-5 business days. Upon approval, we will issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, as requested. Returns will not be approved for items that are not received, or for items received with significant stains or damages.
Any shipping charges incurred on the original order are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
When you exchange, we offer free return shipping and credit you the full retail value of your original purchase to spend on something new.
While our system doesn’t allow for discount codes on exchanges, this “Extra Credit” (the difference between what you paid and the retail price) is applied toward your new selection so you can retain the value of your original discount. For example, if you bought a $200 blanket for $180, you’ll have the full $200 to spend toward your next choice.
How Refunds Work on Lower-Priced Exchanges:
This added value is a purchasing benefit and is only realized when applied toward your new exchange.

If your new item costs more than you originally paid: Your "Extra Credit" will cover the price difference (up to the original item’s full retail value), so you don't have to pay more out of pocket.

If your new item costs less than you originally paid: You will receive a refund for the difference between your original payment amount and the new item’s retail price. In this scenario, because your original payment already covers the full cost of the new item, your "Extra Credit" is not utilized and cannot be converted into a cash refund.
On any exchange, your return shipping will be free. Items received as an exchange are final sale.
If you're not ready to purchase something new in the portal but would like free shipping on your return, please inform our customer service team that you'd prefer a gift card instead of a refund.
Returns from outside the contiguous US
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free exchanges or flat-rate $18 shipping on items returned from outside of the contiguous U.S., including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and FPO/APO/DPO addresses. The amount withheld will be determined by the actual return shipping cost.
Orders shipped internationally from the US are not returnable.
Quality Guarantee
