Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your order! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for an exchange or refund. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, which provides time to get used to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket. It may take several nights to adjust.
Any shipping charges incurred on the original order are nonrefundable. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been personalized with embroidery. Open Box items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, items purchased during our one-time-only warehouse moving sale with a discount of 30% or higher are final sale.
To make a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com. Please do not ship your return using "return to sender," as the package will not go to the correct address. We are unable to accept returns that do not use the prepaid shipping label we provide.
We are pleased to offer free return shipping within the contiguous U.S. on both exchanges and returns for store credit. (See "Exchanges" below for more details.)
If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, then a return shipping cost of $18 per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount (less for non-weighted items).
When you submit your return or exchange, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please ship your return within 28 days of receiving the label. Items shipped back to us beyond this time frame will be eligible for store credit only.
After we receive the return back in like-new condition, we will process your exchange, email you a gift card for store credit, or refund your original method of payment minus the return shipping cost. Sleep Stone Masks must be returned with crystal for full credit.
If you wish to make an exchange, we are happy to offer you the full retail value of your original purchase, plus an extra $5, to spend on something new. This means that if your original purchase was for a $199 item, we'll give you $204 to buy something new -- even if you used a promo code on the original order and actually spent less than that! This is our way of helping you to keep any savings you may have had on your original order.
Please note, our exchange portal does not allow for the use of discount codes. If you saved 10% on the original order, you will not be able to apply the same 10% discount code to the new order. However, the actual amount you saved will be available to you to spend on something new. We think this is a very fair system and appreciate your understanding!

Returns from outside the contiguous US
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free exchanges or flat-rate $18 shipping on items returned from outside of the contiguous U.S., including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and FPO/APO/DPO addresses. The amount withheld will be determined by the actual return shipping cost.
Returned blankets will never be resold as new. Instead, we are pleased to offer Open Box blankets at a reduced price. These blankets have been returned, inspected and found to be in excellent condition. Any returns that are not in perfect condition are donated to nonprofit organizations. Open Box items are final sale and not eligible for return. Promo codes do not apply.
