    Love love love

    I appreciate that the mist is low-key and soothing -- not cloying or overwhelming at all. I find that if I wake up in the middle of the night, i'll reach over and reapply a squirt and it helps me to fall asleep again more quickly.

    Soothing Aroma for Bedtime Routine

    We spray above our pillows and bed sheets every night before tucking in, it has a pleasing, soothing scent that relaxes us just before we turn in to sleep. Our first spray was a promotional gift from getting our weighted blankets - and we have been purchasing them on their own ever since.
