These good-as-new items are ready for a new home. To ensure these pieces don’t end up in landfills, we’re giving our Open Box returns a second chance, all up to 50% off. More cozy sleep, and less waste. Thank you for shopping responsibly!

    Every inch of a returned item is inspected by an exacting team of specialists. An item found not to be in perfect, like-new condition is set aside to be donated to a nonprofit organization.

  • Beautifully Repackaged & Giftable

    After each thread has been reviewed, those that pass the test are carefully refolded and packaged like new. Fresh branded inserts are set inside, and the box is sealed!

Are Open Box items eligible for returns or exchanges?

Please note that Open Box items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Can I use a promo code?

Open Box items are not eligible for further discounts or promotions because they are so heavily discounted to start.

Do you wash these items before reselling?

Please know that we do not have the ability to launder the blankets at our facility, so you may wish to wash your open box item upon receiving. Our blankets can be washed on cold, gentle cycle and dried on low heat.

Are these items under warranty?

Baloo's items are built to last, including our Open Box blankets. If at any time you experience an issue due to the quality of materials or workmanship, we would be glad to offer a repair or replacement.

How will I know my item is Open Box?

The order confirmation email will go to whichever email is used to checkout, including the name of the item ordered. We do not include packing slips or receipts in the shipment. In some cases, the new packaging may include a dust bag, in lieu of a canvas tote. The SKU on the box will include a "-R".
