Designed for deep rest and relaxation, Baloo is an eco-friendly, luxury weighted blanket made with lead-free glass microbeads and materials certified to be free of all toxic and harmful chemicals. We are the only quilted weighted blanket with 100% cotton throughout, zero polyester linings or filling. But we didn’t stop there—we're carbon neutral, ocean positive, and use only compostable, plastic-free packaging.

Care Instructions

Baloo weighted blankets are machine washable and dryer safe up to 20lbs. Wash on a cold cycle with gentle detergent, and tumble dry on medium heat. Weighted blankets 25lbs or more and weighted comforters are best washed at a commercial laundry, to save in-home machines from wear. Protected by Baloo's Lifetime Quality Guarantee.

Open Box items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Can I use a promo code?

Because Open Box items are heavily discounted to begin with, they are not eligible for further discounts or promotions.

Do you wash Open Box items before reselling?

Please know that we do not have the ability to launder the blankets at our facility, so you may wish to wash your open box item upon receiving. Our blankets can be washed on cold, gentle cycle and dried on low heat.

Are these items under warranty?

Yes! Baloo's items are built to last, including our Open Box blankets. If at any time you experience an issue due to the quality of materials or workmanship, we would be glad to offer a repair or replacement.

How will I know if my item is Open Box?

The order confirmation will be emailed to the email address indicated at checkout, and will include the name of the item ordered, and the open box designation. We do not include packing slips or receipts in the shipment. In some cases, the new packaging may consist of a cotton dust bag in lieu of a canvas tote. The SKU on the box will include a "-R" at the end.
