    Weighted blanket: Skip the dry cleaners completely—just drop the blanket in your washing machine on a cold cycle with gentle detergent, and tumble dry on medium or low heat. King size blankets should be washed in a commercial machine due to their size.

    Divine!

    I love this meditation so much. I listen at night with my airpods in, it gives me such a sense of relaxation, calm and safety, and I love that I can set my subconscious mind up for the best state of peace as I go to sleep. The length is great, not too short and not too long. Really thoughtfully done!

    Restful and relaxing

    I waited a month before my review so I can give an honest one. I had a weighted blanket (different manufacturer) in a duvet cover and I was always fighting it..it kept bunching up. I chose not to have the duvet cover with this one....just stays on top of the bed. It is amazing. The weight relaxes me and keeps me still. It isn't too heavy or hot. I have no temperature impact. Keeping it on top of the bed makes it easy to make the bed. Wish I had bought this sooner.
