  • Care Instructions

    For Sleep: Apply 10-20 drops to your neck, back and legs. 

    For Sore Muscles, Aches and Pains: Apply Magnesium Oil to sore muscles, neck, legs, arms, or anywhere on your body that needs a little extra attention. 

    For Nails: Apply 1 drop to each nail bed and massage in to strengthen nails

    For Hair and Scalp: Apply a few drops along your part or desired area. Massage in, rinse or shampoo after 15-30 minutes. 

    For Headaches and Migraines apply 10-20 drops to your neck, temples or above your ears. Massage above your ears with your fingers or gua sha.
