The Sleep Whisperer!
While my weighted throw hasn’t “cured” anything, it has absolutely made a difference in my quality and quantity of sleep. I’m currently in trauma therapy, and have been increasingly waking up multiple times a night with a dysregulated nervous system in fight/flight since I started about 7 months ago. It’s difficult to get to sleep and *stay* asleep, even with great sleep habits, regulating resources, and some helpful meds, because my body instinctively knows that my system will be activated by dreams.
Last month (6 months into therapy) I was desperately looking for something to help, and was searching for a weighted blanket made of natural materials as I tend to sleep hot with Dysautonomia. Enter my blanket, now nicknamed “Fluffy”! It’s filled with fabulous tiny glass beads so it’s not actually fluffy, but the name stuck. :) I’m now able to settle in for sleep more quickly, and if I do wake up from a nightmare, I’m not completely flooded with adrenaline and can usually return to sleep. That is an *incredible* improvement.
The weight of the blanket truly feels like a light full-body hug instead of a “trapped feeling” and the weight also gently “tells” (somatically) my body and nervous system all night that we can relax. I love the quilting for the look and even dispersement of weight, I love the soothing color (dusk), I love that I don’t feel like I need to lift weights to place it or adjust it, I love that it can be washed, and I especially love the duvet so I…

I am finally getting deep sleep!
Been struggling with sleep issues for years. Tried many things, some with success, many without. This (a weighted blanket) was on my todo list for a long time. I finally pulled the trigger on it, and....!!! I am finally getting some quality deep sleep with this. This is a must try for anyone with sleep issues. I wish I had tried it sooner.
The quality of the blanket is excellent. I much prefer this over the rather thick Bearaby blanket. I did get it with the Duvet Cover, but that didn't work out. Customer Service is excellent and very responsive. Highly recommended. Only thing that I have to figure out, since the cover didn't work out, is whether this is easy enough to launder.

The weighted throws are perfect if you have ever wanted to simulate what it would feel like to be a perfectly wrapped burrito. 10 out of 10. Best blanket.
