  • Materials

    100% clean & natural cotton throughout, including the interior lining. Weighted with lead-free glass beads, sewn into three differently sized pockets with the optimum balance for contouring and comfort.

    Look for the two small, white tabs to indicate the top of the comforter and align them with the side edges of the bed. The comforter is weighted where it counts, the surface area covering the top of the bed, concentrating the weight where it's most needed. The bottom and sides are not weighted to prevent the comforter from sliding or slipping toward the floor.

    Wash on cold, gentle cycle and dry on low or no heat. Due to the variety of washing machines on the market, we recommend checking your model for its specific capacity. The King size blanket and all comforter sizes should be laundered at a commercial facility due to their larger size.

Will I get too hot under a weighted comforter?

Not at all. Because we craft our comforters without synthetic liners and use only 100% breathable cotton, heat won't get trapped beneath the blanket. It breathes with you, supporting your journey to better sleep, whether it's the middle of summer or the dead of winter.

How do I wash my Baloo weighted comforter?

We believe good rest shouldn't come with complicated chores. You can wash your comforter right in your home washing machine on the gentle cycle with cold water, and dry it on low heat. It dries surprisingly fast and comes out softer than ever.

What weight should I choose?

We typically recommend choosing a weight that is roughly 10% of your body weight. However, because our comforters are designed for standard bed sizes rather than individual dimensions, the weight is distributed over a larger surface area. If you are sharing the bed with a partner, our 20lb or 25lb options provide a beautiful, grounding shared experience.

    I love it!

    My partner finds the blanket a bit too heavy for her preferences but I LOVE it! It's my first time using a weighted blanket and I appreciate that it looks so polished on top of our bed, and that it's not TOO heavy. The fabric is very soft. I just hope I can keep the white fabric clean!

    Clean look, longer sides Love this

    I love the comforter, I like how it goes further down on the side that I don't want to share so much blanket. Sometimes I put the smaller one on top and I have a snuggly little cocoon.
