Love this blanket!
My husband and I got this weighted blanket to improve our sleep quality. It feels like a secure hug and has definitely helped with our sleep quality through the night! My husband doesn't wake up as much throughout the night, and I tend to fall asleep faster now. What drew me to this brand in particular was because of the 100% cotton exterior.

I bought a throw to help train me to sleep in my back. I have had it for one week and I wish I had bought one sooner. At the age of 44 I sleep like a rotiseree chicken. I just keep rotating. Now, this blanket keeps me in one place and i am dreaming deeper and waking up more refreshed. Two days later, my husband who works 1st,2nd & 3rd shifts had been having a hard time staying asleep. So I put the blanket (throw) on him. He could not believe how well he slept. Our new problem is that he wants one now because if its between him or me, I get it!
The material feels nice and cool to touch.
