You probably won't see it, but each person who decides to buy from Baloo puts a huge smile on our faces! It's an honor and a privilege to be selected, and we're so excited that you're choosing to invest in your self-care through this gentle, natural product.
We do realize that this may be your first time to try a weighted blanket, and it may not be a fit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for a refund. We ask for returns to be initiated within 30 days of delivery to give you time to get used to the new feeling. It may take several nights sleeping with a weighted blanket to adjust. To make a return, email us at email@example.com. We will confirm that your order is eligible and send you a pre-paid shipping label using our negotiated FedEx rates. Once we receive the blanket back in clean, like-new condition, we issue a refund to your original method of payment minus the amount of the return shipping.
Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges. However, we will accept your original item as a return for a refund, meaning you can place a new order to ship out immediately. Please note for any items returned either dirty or damaged we will charge a $40 cleaning/repair fee, as we donate these items to local charity organizations.
Baloo guarantees the quality of each product—if you experience a problem due to materials or workmanship at any time in the life of the product, please contact us so we can repair or replace your purchase.
